100% of the proceeds raised from the sale of any Dormie Network Foundation product remain with you as long as the stipulations below are met.
Stay and Play Package: The winning bidder will receive two 18-hole rounds of golf (one each day) for four players, including greens and carts fees, and one night in a private standard cottage with four master suites. The winner will have the opportunity to choose from any of FIVE Dormie Network properties with a one-year window from the auction date to redeem their certificate.
The retail value of this package is $5,400, and we ask for the opening bid to start at $2,500.
Dormie Club and GrayBull Club are EXCLUDED from this offering.
The winning bidder is responsible for all travel, onsite food and beverage (all F&B consumed onsite must be purchased onsite), and any associated caddie fees required by the club.
The winning bidder can make their reservation within 180 days of their planned trip.
The winning bidder and their foursome can only utilize Dormie Network properties.
There is no year-over-year bidding on a Stay and Play auction package and Dormie Network will reserve the right to decline reservations from repeat Stay and Play bidders who are not members.

Please complete a return receipt after the completion of the auction, and one of our philanthropy managers will reach out to the winner.

One year from the date of the auction. The expiration date will be included on the certificate provided.

The Stay and Play winner is responsible for travel, food and beverage while onsite, caddies, and any merchandise purchased.

Based on availability, the winner can arrange an additional night to the Stay and Play at the applicable pricing rate by speaking with a philanthropy manager.

A $250 deposit is required to book Stay and Play reservation. If the reservation is canceled within 15-30 days of the reservation date the $250 deposit will not be refunded. If canceling within 14 days of reservation your $250 deposit will not be refunded and your Stay and Play certificate will be forfeited.

Yes. The winner should let the philanthropy manager know that it is a gift. They will also need to provide the gift recipient’s personal information including name, address, email, and phone number. The expiration date and conditions remain in force.
